Spent night at girlfriend's place repairing her computer. Note to self:Next time girlfriend asks:"Can't you install Ubuntu on my pc?" Reply:"Yes! Of course!" Instead of:"You probably want to install that besides windows, at least for the first part.

The second answer may be the safe one, but you're really not fond of doing the:"Install Windows"-part, not even when girlfriend has already done most of it.
